We provide residential and commercial cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and decluttering and organizing services in the Denver metro area.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information created while we serve you, and a small amount of information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property to be cleaned.
Property and service details: square footage, the service you want, how often you want it, add-ons, whether you have pets, access instructions, and anything you tell us about your cleaning needs.
Photos you choose to send us, for example to help us scope a job or to report a concern under our satisfaction guarantee.
Payment details: when you pay by card, your card is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. When you pay by Venmo or Zelle, we see the account name and confirmation that the payment arrived.
The content of your communications with us, including text messages, emails, phone calls, online chat, and messages sent through Google.

Information created while we serve you

Your service history: the dates, scope, and notes from each visit, quotes and invoices, and payment records.
Feedback and reviews you give us.

Information collected automatically

Standard website usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. See the Cookies section below.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare estimates and quotes and to answer your questions.
To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and perform your cleaning.
To send invoices, process payments, and keep accurate accounting records.
To communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your service.
To follow up after a visit, resolve concerns, and honor our satisfaction guarantee.
To improve our website, our services, and how we respond to inquiries.
To protect our business, our team, and our customers, and to comply with the law.
With your permission, to send occasional updates or offers. You can opt out at any time.

Some first replies to new inquiries that arrive by text, email, or Google messaging are prepared with automated software tools that work under our direction, and our team follows up personally.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We use text messages to communicate with customers and prospective customers about their service. Our business texts are sent from our dedicated business number through our scheduling and invoicing platform.

What you can expect to receive

Replies to your questions and estimate requests.
Quotes, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders.
Arrival updates and schedule changes.
Invoices, payment links, and payment receipts.
Follow-ups after a visit and requests for feedback.
Occasional service updates or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.

How you consent. When you give us your mobile number on our estimate form, in a booking, by phone, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from us about your service. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately opt in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that we will contact you by phone or email about anything already scheduled.

Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (720) 766-4488, or email lauren@clearviewcleaningorganizing.com.

We do not share your mobile phone number, text message content, or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. That information is used only to communicate with you as described here and is shared only with the service providers who deliver our messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.

Cleaning professionals. The independent cleaning professionals assigned to your job receive your name, the property address, access instructions, the scope of the work, and any notes needed to do the job well.
Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, under agreements that limit how they can use your information. These include our scheduling, invoicing, and messaging platform (Jobber), our payment processors, our website host (WordPress.com), Google services we use for reviews, advertising, and spam protection, our live chat provider, our bookkeeper, and the team that manages our website and customer messaging on our behalf.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or our business, including collecting unpaid balances.
Business changes. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

As stated above, mobile numbers and text opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to remember your cookie preferences, keep the site working, measure how visitors use the site, and measure the results of our advertising. Tools in use include WordPress.com site statistics, Google advertising and analytics tags, Google reCAPTCHA on our forms, a Google reviews widget, and a live chat widget.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Customer records are kept in reputable, access-controlled business systems that use industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit and login protection. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes. Estimate requests that do not become bookings are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to the exceptions below.

Your Choices and Rights

Update your information. Contact us any time to correct your name, phone number, email, address, or service preferences.
Access or delete your information. Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep records we need for accounting, tax, legal, or dispute purposes, and a record of your opt-out so we can honor it.
Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, as described above.
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails such as quotes, confirmations, and invoices are sent as part of your service.
Cookies. Manage them through our cookie banner or your browser.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will let current customers know directly.

We live 1000 miles from Denver and could not help our daughter and her husband with the final day/night of moving out of their home. After a call from her we could tell the move was causing extreme stress as she was unable to be of much help because they have a 3-month old baby who was not interested in being put down. The thought of needing to clean the house, after a full day of packing a moving truck, and before they could get on the road was too much. The idea came to us to hire a cleaning service company to come to the rescue. We called two Denver area companies- at 8:30pm on a Friday. The first took our name and number via “an off site call center”. We never heard back. The second call was answered by Lauren- the owner of the company! She quickly responded with professionalism, kindness, efficiency and a scheduled cleaning for Sunday afternoon. With our quick explanation of the job we wanted done, an address and the garage code, Lauren provided us with peace of mind and a way to help our daughter and her family from afar. But most of all we could take a giant weight off the shoulders of people we love the most.
