Home Preparation
Clients are asked to have floors, countertops, and other surfaces reasonably free of personal belongings and clutter prior to our arrival. This allows our team to focus the scheduled service time on cleaning.
Pets
Please secure pets when necessary to allow our cleaning professionals to safely and efficiently perform services. Clearview Cleaning & Organizing LLC is not responsible for unsecured pets that escape or interfere with service.
Safety and Biohazards
- All firearms must be properly secured prior to our arrival.
- Our cleaning professionals do not clean or handle syringes, needles, bodily fluids, human or pet waste, or other biohazardous materials.
- Feminine hygiene products must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle prior to service and may not be left on floors, counters, toilets, or other surfaces.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property and all areas included in the scheduled service.
Failure to provide access upon arrival is considered a no-entry appointment, and the cancellation policy below applies.
Service Scope and Property Condition
Services are scheduled, priced, and staffed based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
If our team arrives and the condition of the property requires significantly more work than was disclosed or reasonably anticipated, the scope and the price are discussed and agreed with you before the work goes ahead.
If the additional work cannot be accommodated within the scheduled appointment, we may reschedule the service or decline it. The 24-hour satisfaction guarantee does not apply when the condition of the property differs from what was disclosed.
Move-Out Cleaning
For a scheduled move-out cleaning, the property must be fully vacated prior to our arrival. Personal belongings, furniture, boxes, trash, and other items must be removed so our team has full access to the areas included in the cleaning.
If the property has not been fully vacated, the service may need to be modified, rescheduled, or subject to additional charges.
Post-Construction Cleaning
For a scheduled post-construction cleaning, all construction, repairs, installations, painting, and other contractor work must be fully completed before our arrival.
If contractors or construction work are still active, we may reschedule the cleaning to prevent areas from being re-soiled and to allow our team to properly complete the service.
The level and scope of a post-construction clean are agreed at the in-person walk-through and written into the approved project.
Scheduling and Arrival
Appointment times are given as an arrival window. Arrival times can vary with traffic, the appointments before yours, and other circumstances that affect the day. We do our best to arrive on time and within your window.
Cancellation and No-Entry
- 48 hours or more notice: no charge.
- 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled clean.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: full charge.
The full charge also applies if we arrive at your home and cannot gain entry, or if you cancel while we are at your front door. Regardless of whether a card is on file, unless it is an emergency, you will receive an invoice for the full price.
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
Any concerns about a completed service must be reported to us within 24 hours of the clean being finished.
Please send photos that clearly show the specific areas believed to have been missed. The concern must be visible in the photos and must fall within the work that was scheduled and agreed. As an example, interior fridge cleaning is an add-on, so a photo of an uncleaned fridge interior is not a missed area unless that add-on was booked.
We must be given the opportunity to address and correct any verified missed areas.
This guarantee does not apply to hoarding cleanups, decluttering, or organizing services, and it does not apply when the condition of the property differed from what was disclosed at booking.
Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions
Clearview Cleaning & Organizing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, or items that are loose, unstable, or improperly secured.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit card.
Payment is due when the clean is finished. If a balance is unpaid, reminders go out automatically. While any balance is open we will not schedule further cleans. At 14 days a formal demand for payment is issued. After that the balance may be filed in Colorado small claims court, which handles amounts up to seven thousand five hundred dollars.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Clearview Cleaning & Organizing LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, hazardous, or materially different from the conditions disclosed at the time of booking.
Services We Do Not Offer
- Carpet cleaning.
- Upholstery cleaning, including drapes.
- Floor steam cleaning on tile, laminate, luxury vinyl, or hardwood, including with a steamer you provide. Steam can warp and damage those surfaces and we cannot guarantee against it. We sweep, vacuum, and mop.
- Grout cleaning, which needs truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment that residential cleaners do not carry.
- Full interior wall washing. We spot-clean walls as an add-on.
- Moving appliances or large furniture.
- Hauling trash off-site.
- Anything higher than a 6 to 8 foot step ladder, including expensive chandeliers and artwork.
- Exterior windows.
- Biohazard, mold, rodent, or roach conditions. Service stops if we find them.
Specialty Service Exclusion
The policies above apply to standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, and other general cleaning services.
These policies, including the 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee, do not apply to hoarding cleanups, decluttering, or organizing services. Because of the nature and condition of those projects, they are subject to separate terms, conditions, scope limitations, and a service agreement that is signed in person on the first day of the project.
Clearview Cleaning & Organizing LLC reserves the right to establish separate policies and agreements for specialty services.
Terms
Accessibility. We follow applicable accessibility laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Colorado and Denver regulations. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, including adjustments to communication, scheduling, and how services are coordinated in your home. Please tell us in advance so arrangements can be considered. Accommodations are subject to safety and feasibility and cannot all be guaranteed.
Independent professionals. Services are performed by independent cleaning professionals. Clearview coordinates scheduling and administration and does not control the manner or means of the work. Each professional is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and taxes.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearview is not liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from services performed, including property damage, personal injury, scheduling issues, or dissatisfaction, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. By using our services you agree to release and indemnify Clearview from claims related to the work performed.
Disputes. Any dispute is resolved by binding arbitration in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator, rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class or representative proceeding. Colorado law governs.
