The scope is customized to your facility after a walk-through. A typical visit covers:

Decluttering, Organizing and Hoard Cleaning Checklist
Every project is scoped with you first, then worked in order:
- Complete video consultation or walk-through
- Create project plan with customer
- Sort items into keep, donate, or discard
- Organize for better storage and function
- Bag garbage and remove it from the work area
- Arrange a dumpster if needed
Post-Construction Cleaning Scope
Post-construction work is scoped at an in-person walk-through before it is scheduled.
- Complete required walk-through before scheduling
- Choose minor or major cleaning level
- Choose rough, final, two-part, or ongoing cleaning
- Remove construction dust and debris per approved scope
- Clean all approved surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas
- Complete final inspection
The level and scope are agreed at the walk-through and written into the approved project.

These can be added to a Standard, Deep, Move In or Move Out, or other cleaning service. Confirm all add-ons before the visit so they are included in the job instructions.

Service Conditions and Limitations
- Reachable areas are those we can safely reach with a 6 to 8 foot step ladder.
- Homes with shedding pets are priced to allow extra time for pet-hair removal.
- We do not steam-clean carpets, couches or upholstery, and we do not steam-clean floors (tile, laminate, luxury vinyl or hardwood), use a customer-provided steamer, or clean grout. Steam can warp and damage those surfaces and grout needs truck-mounted extraction equipment; we sweep, vacuum and mop.
- We do not clean expensive chandeliers or light fixtures that cannot be safely reached with a step ladder.
- Large furniture and appliances are not moved.
- Full interior walls are not cleaned, due to the risk of surface damage. Spot-cleaning interior walls is available as an add-on.
- Add-ons are included only when they are selected before the visit.
- Standard cleaning: highly cluttered surfaces and floors may be cleaned around.
- Deep cleaning is designed for homes that have not been professionally cleaned in three or more months.
- Heavy-duty or restoration conditions require a scope and price adjustment, agreed before the work goes ahead.
- Move in and move out: the property must be fully vacated before cleaning begins, and cleaning is not performed while you are still moving.
- Items left behind may require a trash-removal fee.
- Commercial: a property walk-through is required for new commercial clients, and the final checklist is customized to the facility and approved scope.
- Airbnb and short-term rental: on-site laundry is not offered. Off-site laundry is an add-on with a maximum of two loads per visit.
- Decluttering, organizing and hoard cleaning: garbage is bagged and removed from the work area but is not hauled off-site. Pricing and the work plan depend on the project scope.
- Post-construction: an in-person walk-through is mandatory for accurate pricing, and the level and scope are written into the approved project.
