Clearview Cleaning and Organizing’s Standard Cleaning service offers a thorough and routine clean for your home, focusing on all the key areas to keep your space fresh and tidy. This service includes dusting reachable surfaces, such as ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, blinds, window sills, and picture frames, with light tidying of blankets, bedding, and countertops for a more organized appearance.
In the kitchen, exterior appliances and cabinets are polished and cleaned, countertops are sanitized, and the sink is disinfected and polished. Bathrooms receive a similar detailed treatment, with mirrors, sinks, and countertops polished, and toilets, showers, and floors scrubbed and disinfected.
Floors throughout the home are swept, vacuumed (including rugs), and mopped, ensuring a spotless finish. Clients can also opt for add-ons like interior fridge or oven cleaning, window cleaning, laundry, or bed changes to tailor the service to their needs.

Standard Cleaning Services Include
All Rooms
• Dusting top to bottom- (reachable ceiling fans, reachable lighting fixtures, blinds,
window sills, bed frames, wall art, picture frames, surfaces) highly cluttered areas
will be lightly dusted- we do not remove excessive knick-knacks or highly valuable
collectable items to dust under. (to protect the integrity of your items)
• Empty all trash bins (trash bin re-liners must be provided)
• Light tidying
Kitchen
• Exterior Appliances cleaned and polished to be free of marks or finger prints
• Exterior cabinets spot cleaned
• Interior microwave disinfected and cleaned
• Backsplash cleaned
• Counter-tops sanitized and wiped (moving items to clean under)
• Sink disinfected, cleaned, and polished
Bathrooms
• Mirrors cleaned
• Sinks and countertops disinfected, scrubbed, and polished
• Cabinets spot cleaned
• Toilets disinfected and scrubbed- to include (top, base, and surrounding floor)
• Shower disinfected and scrubbed/dried and glass cleaned and polished to be free
of marks
Floors
• Swept
• Vacuumed (to include all rugs through home, and rooms edged if necessary)
• Mopped
*Add-ons can be used during this service (interior fridge, interior oven, interior windows, handwashing dishes, hand- wiping baseboards, laundry, hand-wiping blinds, spot clean interior walls, full interior doors, inside cabinets, bed changes, pets)
*Please note; highly cluttered areas that are difficult to navigate or move will be left and cleaned around; that is on surfaces and on flooring. Reachable items are those we can reach on a step ladder (6-8ft) We DO NOT move furniture (couches, large tables, fridges, ovens etc) this is for the integrity of your items; as well as to mitigate risk of injury to staff.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every client to be 100% satisfied with the service provided. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas.
Policies
Payment Terms
Payment is due same day service is provided. Clearview Cleaning and Organizing can accept zelle, venmo, paypal, credit/debit card by phone, or we can place a credit/debit card on file to automatically charge 1 hr after service completion.
Late Fees
If no payment has been made by the 2nd day after service was completed a late fee of 10% of the total bill will be applied to any unpaid balance after the grace period and each day after a 5.00 fee added until day 30 if no payment is made.
Communication
Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send text/email reminders for payments not yet received.
Non-Payment
If no payment is received after 30 days Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send a written notice to address on file and email address on file, then send to collections.
What is NOT provided during residential, commercial, post construction, and move in move out cleaning
-moving appliances or stationary furniture
-wall washing
-hauling away trash in vehicles
-removing excessive trash from homes
-cleaning artwork/expensive chandeliers
-anything higher than a step ladder
-no biohazard or pet waste cleanup (this includes homes that we find mold, roaches, or rodents) we will immediately stop service
-decluttering
-removing highly cluttered areas to clean under
-carpet/upholstery shampooing
-exterior window cleaning
