*Please note post construction cleans can range from .30-.70 cents per square foot- in some instances we can charge per hour per cleaner based on scope of work and needs of your particular post construction clean. Scheduling an in person walk thru is mandatory for accurate pricing.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas.
