At Clearview Cleaning and Organizing, our mission is to provide exceptional cleaning, decluttering, and organizing services that enhance the quality of our clients’ lives. We are committed to delivering meticulous attention to detail, customized solutions to each client, and create trust through customer service, professionalism, and reliability.  

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every client to be 100% satisfied with the service provided. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas. Our cleaners take before and after photos for each clean we provide to ensure your home is cleaned to perfection. 

Cancellations & Lockouts

Notice Period For Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment start time. If not you are subject to full service charge.

Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment start time. Also, if we arrive to the clean that you are scheduled for and it is a completely different scope of work we are obligated to charge appropriately or reschedule you and you will be subject to a reschedule fee. This includes; all cleans but specifically- arriving to a scheduled move in/move out clean or post construction clean- and the space is not completely clear will we have to reschedule based upon our availability and you will be subject to a reschedule fee.

Cancellation Fees

Same day cancellations, cancellations not made 24 hours from appointment start time, or lock outs (meaning no one is home for entry) will be charged 100% of service total (this does not apply to severe in-climate weather, as we will do our best to reschedule evening prior)

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving fees on a case-by-case basis. This includes severe in-climate weather- safety of staff and customers is our number one priority. 

Payments

Payment Terms

Payment is due same day service is provided. Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will accept zelle, venmo, credit/debit card by phone, or we can place a credit/debit card on file to automatically charge 1 hr after service completion. If you do not have a cc/debit card on file- you will receive an invoice after service is provided along with after photos and links to our venmo or zelle for payment. Tips to cleaners can be made in cash directly to them or thru payment option you so choose- 100% of tips are paid out to cleaners.

(Payment terms for contractors/builders/commercial  with a net 30, 60, 90, day is exempt from same day payments)

Grace Period

WE NO LONGER OFFER A GRACE PERIOD PAYMENT IS REQUIRED SAME DAY SERVICE IS COMPLETED

Late Fees

If no payment has been made by the 2nd day after service was completed a late fee of 10% of the total bill will be applied to any unpaid balance after the grace period and each day after a 5.00 fee added until day 30 if no payment is made.

Communication

Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send text/email reminders for payments not yet received.

Non-Payment

If no payment is received after 30 days Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send a written notice to address on file and email address on file, then send to collections or in some instances place a lien on property until payment is made.

Refunds

Clearview Cleaning and Organizing does NOT offer refunds. If there are areas that were missed we will offer a touch up clean or a reasonable discount toward your next clean. We need to be made aware of any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of  service provided along with photos of missed areas. Anything after 24 hours we will not offer any touch up clean or future discount. Our cleaners take before and after photos of each clean and they are saved to your customer profile to ensure the highest level of cleaning and satisfaction.

Exclusions During Cleans & Expectations Prior To Our Arrival

What is NOT provided during residential, commercial, post construction, and move in move out cleaning

-moving appliances or stationary furniture

– wall washing

-hauling away trash in vehicles 

-removing excessive trash from homes 

-cleaning artwork/expensive chandeliers  

-nothing higher than a step ladder (6-8ft)

-no bio-hazard or pet waste cleanup (this includes homes that we find mold, roaches, or rodents) we will immediately stop service  

-de-cluttering

-removing highly cluttered areas to clean under (if you scheduled a  deep clean you are responsible to remove any highly cluttered area prior to our arrival  as we will not risk damage to your items to clean under, this includes if you select interior cabinets items must be removed prior to our arrival)

-carpet/upholstery shampooing, this includes drapes

-exterior window cleaning

Expectations Prior To OUR Arrival

We expect your home to be in an orderly condition prior to arrival. This means- trash picked up, toys for children put away, no dishes left in sink, and clean or dirty clothes placed in respectable areas. We offer- onsite laundry (wash, dry, fold) bed changes, unloading and loading dish washer, handwashing dishes; these mentioned items are ‘add ons’ to any cleaning service and ARE NOT INCLUDED OTHERWISE.

If we have scheduled your clean for what was discussed and we arrive and it’s a different clean/scope of work then originally discussed we are obligated to charge appropriately or reschedule your clean for a different day. THIS SPECIFICALLY RELATES TO DEEP CLEANS AND MOVE IN/OUT CLEANS. BE VERY CLEAR IN INITIAL PHONE CALL, ZOOM CALL, WALK THRU, OR TEXT COMMUNICATION for service you are interested in, your accurate sq footage, and current condition of your home. We do our best to accommodate everyone and price correctly; however, we can only provide the highest level of cleaning and customer service with all of the necessary information, provided by you. *If you feel as though your home is a heavy duty clean please provide us with photos so we can accurately price your service prior to our arrival.

*PLEASE NOTE IF WE ARRIVE TO YOUR MOVE OUT CLEAN AND YOU’RE NOT COMPLETELY MOVED OUT READY FOR US TO START SERVICE WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR CLEAN WE WILL NOT START IN A DIFFERENT PART OF THE HOME WHILE YOU CONTINUE TO MOVE OUT


Hoard cleans, de-cluttering, and organizing are a different scope of work NONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS PERTAIN TO A HOARD CLEAN.
