Move in Move out Cleaning Includes

All Rooms

• Dusting top to bottom (reachable ceiling fans, reachable lighting fixtures, door
frames)
• Hand wiped reachable blinds (add on charged per set of blinds)
• Hand wiped reachable ceiling fans
• Hand wiped reachable lighting fixtures
• Spot cleaned doors/cabinets with marks or smudges (full door cleaning add on)
• Hand wiped window sills
• Baseboards dusted and cleaned
• Any interior closets wiped

Kitchen

• Deep clean and sanitization of all surfaces
• Hand wiped cabinets/drawers
• Interior pantry wiped
• Stove top deep cleaned and shined
• Interior oven cleaned (add on)
• Interior fridge cleaned (add on)
• Hood vent cleaned and polished
• Interior microwave
• Exterior appliances all cleaned and polished
• Sink and fixtures all cleaned disinfected and polished
• Backsplash cleaned

Bathrooms

• Mirrors cleaned
• Interior cabinets/drawers wiped

• Exterior cabinets wiped
• Countertops, sinks, and fixtures disinfected scrubbed and polished
• Toilets disinfected and scrubber (top to base, and surrounding area of toilet)
• Shower/Tub walls floor glass deep cleaned/sanitized (includes removal or
mildew/mold/soap scum/hardwater) fixtures and glass to be polished

Floors

• Swept
• Vacuumed
• Mopped

Please note:

When booking online you must add the add ons you require (for example; you choose move out clean and your square footage- you also must add if you would like interior appliances, interior windows, hand-wiping blinds, interior full doors, how many pets are in home- its lists all necessary add ons) If you do not select any add ons we will assume you do not want those as part of your service WE DO NOT WASH FULL INTERIOR WALLS

*If there is an excessive amount of items left behind there is a fee for trash removal this would be discussed upon arrival prior to beginning service. Or if we arrive and you are NOT fully moved out will we need to reschedule your clean for a different day. WE WILL NOT CLEAN WHILE YOU ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING

*If we arrive and your space is considered heavy duty we will discuss immediately upon arrival and provide you with photos as this has an additional charge based on scope of work as labor hours will be greater then flat fee based on square footage- Heavy Duty is considered an extreme deep clean/restoration clean where we have to clean to return the space to a like new condition BE VERY CLEAR THE CURRENT CONDITION & CORRECT SQ FOOTAGE OF YOUR PROPERTY FOR ACCURATE PRICING AND TRANSPARENCY

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every client to be 100% satisfied with the service provided. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas.

Payments

Payment Terms

Payment is due same day service is provided. Clearview Cleaning and Organizing can accept zelle, venmo, paypal, credit/debit card by phone, or we can place a credit/debit card on file to automatically charge 1 hr after service completion.

Late Fees

If no payment has been made by the 2nd day after service was completed a late fee of 10% of the total bill will be applied to any unpaid balance after the grace period and each day after a 5.00 fee added until day 30 if no payment is made.

Communication

Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send text/email reminders for payments not yet received.

Non-Payment

If no payment is received after 30 days Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send a written notice to address on file and email address on file, then send to collections.

Exclusions

What is NOT provided during residential, commercial, post construction, and move in move out cleaning

-moving appliances or stationary furniture 

-wall washing

-hauling away trash in vehicles 

-removing excessive trash from homes 

-cleaning artwork/expensive chandeliers  

-anything higher than a step ladder  

-no biohazard or pet waste cleanup (this includes homes that we find mold, roaches, or rodents) we will immediately stop service  

-decluttering 

-removing highly cluttered areas to clean under  

-carpet/upholstery shampooing  

-exterior window cleaning
