We provide hands-on assistance to organize, clean, and help you regain your space. After a video consultation or walk-through, we develop a strategy that best fits the scope of work, whether that’s clearing out excess belongings or offering support with deep organization. We also handle trash removal on-site and can discuss additional arrangements, like scheduling a dumpster, if needed.

De-cluttering, Organizing, & Hoard Cleaning
Our Decluttering & Organizing service is designed to help you regain control of your space through structured, efficient action. Whether you’re dealing with an overwhelming amount of possessions or simply want to create a more organized home, we offer personalized solutions tailored to your needs.
We begin with a video consultation or an in-person walk-through to assess the scope of the project and develop a plan that suits your goals. From there, our team works systematically to sort, declutter, and organize your belongings, ensuring that each area becomes functional and manageable.
Our service includes:
- Sorting and categorizing items to help identify what to keep, donate, or discard
- Organizing spaces to create more efficient use of storage and living areas
- Bagging and removing garbage on-site (we do not haul garbage off-site)
- Assistance with scheduling a dumpster for larger cleanups if necessary (discussed during the consultation)
Pricing is based on the scope of work, ranging from $65–$95 per hour, per person working in your space.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every client to be 100% satisfied with the service provided. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas.
Policies
Payment Terms
Payment is due same day service is provided. Clearview Cleaning and Organizing can accept zelle, venmo, paypal, credit/debit card by phone, or we can place a credit/debit card on file to automatically charge 1 hr after service completion.
Late Fees
If no payment has been made by the 2nd day after service was completed a late fee of 10% of the total bill will be applied to any unpaid balance after the grace period and each day after a 5.00 fee added until day 30 if no payment is made.
Communication
Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send text/email reminders for payments not yet received.
Non-Payment
If no payment is received after 30 days Clearview Cleaning and Organizing will send a written notice to address on file and email address on file, then send to collections.
-no bio hazard cleaning- to include blood, needles, bodily fluid or human waste.
